Charting the Course for Better Health
We exist to bring health services to every person in East New Britain — regardless of geography, community, or circumstance.
The ENBPHA is the implementation focus of health services in the province. We set the road map that charts the direction of health service delivery — ensuring every community receives the care they deserve.

What We Do
The ENBPHA fulfils its mandate through four core functions: maintaining health infrastructure, training professionals, driving health promotion, and collaborating with key partners across ENB Province.
Maintain the Provincial Health Authority and all its facilities to ensure the continuous provision of diverse, quality health services to the people of East New Britain.
Provide facilities and programmes for the training and development of health professionals and health employees across the province.
Lead health promotion initiatives and evidence-based research that informs policy, raises community awareness, and improves outcomes across ENB.
Perform functions in meaningful partnership with the provincial government, church health services, and NGOs to maximise reach and impact.
The ENBPHA Board & Governance
The East New Britain Provincial Health Authority Board provides strategic governance and ensures health services are accountable to, and shaped by, the local communities they serve across the province.
